Shreyas, a driven and ambitious individual, received his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from FLAME University. With a passion for entrepreneurship and a wealth of experience gained from the corporate world, he was ready to tackle a new challenge and turn his entrepreneurial dreams into a reality.

However, Shreyas understood that success in entrepreneurship requires more than just a strong vision. He realized that he needed the necessary tools and skills to bring his ideas to life. This led him to enroll in a comprehensive training program in Mumbai, where he acquired the knowledge and expertise required to launch his own entrepreneurial venture.

And with this newfound confidence and preparedness, Shreyas took the leap and established his
own business in Bangalore. His education and experience, combined with the skills he gained from the training program, equip him with the tools necessary to tackle the challenges and obstacles that lay ahead.

Upon completing his engineering degree from NIT Patna, Vaibhav found himself at a pivotal point in his career, weighing the options of joining the traditional workforce or pursuing entrepreneurship. Despite his big aspirations and driven personality, he felt uncertain about the path to realizing his goals.

That's when Vaibhav discovered Floyd Inc, a training program designed to help aspiring
entrepreneurs develop the skills and gain the practical experience needed to succeed. Under the guidance of experienced mentors and industry leaders, Vaibhav honed his skills and gained valuable insight into the entrepreneurial world.

Determined to achieve his goal of starting his own business, Vaibhav successfully completed the training program and was offered the opportunity to become a co-founder at Floyd. His drive and determination, combined with the knowledge and experience he gained through the program, positioned him well for success in his entrepreneurial endeavors.

Meet Zoya Nissar, a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resource Manager with over 6 years of experience in all domains of HR. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, resulting in the successful implementation of HR initiatives that have positively impacted both employees and the organization. Zoya has a deep understanding of
the HR function and has experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations,
performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. She is a
highly motivated and results-driven HR professional who is passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for employees. Zoya holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Travel and Tourism.

Shalini initially set her sights on pursuing an MBA after completing her B.com degree at Calcutta University, but fate had different plans, leading her to FLOYD. Looking back now, she feels incredibly grateful for the experience and opportunities that came her way. At FLOYD, Shalini developed priceless skills that have made her a more confident and competent professional. She honed her technical skills and soft skills, enabling her to handle even the most challenging situations with ease. Moreover, the lessons Shalini has learned at FLOYD are truly invaluable. She has come to understand the importance of focusing on what she can control and taking a methodical approach to completing tasks one step at a time. She is now equipped with the skills and mindset needed to thrive  to take on the entrepreneurial plunge.
