Vaibhav Bafna | Founder
Upon completing his engineering degree from NIT Patna, Vaibhav found himself at a pivotal point in his career, weighing the options of joining the traditional workforce or pursuing entrepreneurship. Despite his big aspirations and driven personality, he felt uncertain about the path to realizing his goals.
That's when Vaibhav discovered Floyd Inc, a training program designed to help aspiring
entrepreneurs develop the skills and gain the practical experience needed to succeed. Under the guidance of experienced mentors and industry leaders, Vaibhav honed his skills and gained valuable insight into the entrepreneurial world.
Determined to achieve his goal of starting his own business, Vaibhav successfully completed the training program and was offered the opportunity to become a co-founder at Floyd. His drive and determination, combined with the knowledge and experience he gained through the program, positioned him well for success in his entrepreneurial endeavors.
With a wealth of knowledge and precision, Vaibhav stands as a poised guide, offering advice & assistance to those aspiring to elevate their training & personal development. Moreover he is dedicated to kindling the entrepreneurial spirit within individuals, fostering their aspirations in this regard.

Shruthi Lunia | Assistant Business Partner
Shruthi Lunia’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Coming from a journalism background and with experience in the media industry, she joined Floyd with a clear vision: to learn, grow, and ultimately pave her path toward entrepreneurship. She was driven by a desire for financial independence and personal growth, and Floyd provided the perfect platform for her ambitions.
Through her time at Floyd, Shruthi has honed invaluable skills that have shaped her into a dynamic professional. From mastering soft skills that help her navigate even the most challenging situations effortlessly, to developing exceptional interpersonal and decision-making abilities, her growth has been remarkable. Zoya Nissar | Human Resource Business Partner
Meet Zoya Nissar, a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resource Manager with over 6 years of experience in all domains of HR. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, resulting in the successful implementation of HR initiatives that have positively impacted both employees and the organization. Zoya has a deep understanding of
the HR function and has experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations,
performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. She is a
highly motivated and results-driven HR professional who is passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for employees. Zoya holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Travel and Tourism.
